hey everyone, just a heads up for a really awful company. biggirlstore.com supposedly sells coach bags at a cheap price. they say nowhere on their site that they are fake. they list a wonderful return policy as well. needless to say the bags are fake, and i mean really bad fakes. coach was actually spelled incorrectly. wrong fabric. bad, and i mean really awful, workmanship! oh and their customer service doesn't exist. i mean really doesn't exist, no one ever returns an email and there is no phone number or address to be found. this was shipped from china. i paid with paypal, thinking i would be covered but paypal doesn't cover problems with companies outside the good old usa. maybe they do on ebay but not in this instance. so learn from my stupidity and stay away from this rip off artist.
